Let's Connect
Hey there! If you're interested in SEO services, please schedule a 15-minute call to go over your website together and see if SEO might be a fit for your niche.

If we both determine there's a fit, we'll schedule a 1-hour follow-up call to more deeply assess your needs. Next, I'll recommend an SEO plan that works with your marketing budget and growth goals.

We currently have a waitlist for our services, so please get in touch early. At the moment, we're taking on a maximum of 1 new client per month to ensure every project receives the attention it deserves.
"Who do you work with?"
Typically to be the right fit for our done-for-you services, your business must be 5 or more years old, have an effective sales process, be doing $500k or more in gross annual revenue, and be in a growth phase.
Your business is already thriving, now you want to increase growth.
In addition, your business must already have a website with some content and branding and one or more social media accounts. Ideally, you've owned your domain for 3+ years. (Your domain is the "www." name of your website.)
If you're ready to grow beyond word of mouth and haphazard advertising, please get in touch.
"Ok, but who are you?"
Hey! I'm Colette Nichol, the founder of Story Envelope Media and the creator of the Traffic for Experts Method.
I'm an SEO, story strategist, and video producer based in Vancouver, Canada.
I launched this business in 2014 with a focus on premium video production. But in my early freelance days I also designed a lot of websites and became completely obsessed with online marketing.
In 2017, I entered the world of SEO (which in the online space is like 100 years because things here move FAST).
Before then, I'd been dabbling with SEO. But when I decided to go all-in and start applying what I'd learned to my clients, everything changed. It felt like a perilous move, but the results proved that this was the right direction for myself and my clients.
Now, I believe that every high-quality service business and leading expert should be doing SEO. If you don't, your inferior "competitors," or worse, big media conglomerates, are getting the traffic instead of you.
And your ideal customers are not getting what they need online.

Making the internet a better place is something that I'm passionate about. And in the process of doing SEO for the past seven years, I've discovered that if you can combine the best of copywriting and online marketing with solid SEO and ultra premium evergreen videos, you can get unbelievable traffic and have a beautifully solid lead machine.

But there are a few caveats: you need to have owner buy-in, you need to be patient, and you need to invest time and money to get solid results. There's no overnight magic pill to dominating your niche on Google. And you can't "kinda" do it.

But once you do build website authority, you have a lead generation system that's much more reliable than advertising and social media.
As someone who grew up in a small business family (my parents ran a vineyard and winery in the Okanagan) I know how hard entrepreneurs and business owners work. And it doesn't seem reasonable to me that you might be the best provider in the marketplace but are not at the top of Google.
That's what I'd like to change.
